This is poetic language. If your language has a way to indicate poetry, you could use it here. Isaiah repeats I for emphasis before saying what he will declare. Alternate translation: [As for me, I will declare your righteousness and your deeds]

Yahweh actually means to communicate the opposite of the literal meaning of what he is saying here, meaning that he will reveal the truth about them. If a speaker of your language would not do that, you could translate the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the true nature of your character and actions]

Isaiah is emphasizing a positive meaning by using a negative word, not, together with a mild expression, benefit, that is the opposite of the intended meaning. If it would be helpful in your language, you could emphasize the positive meaning in a strong way. Alternate translation: [and they will certainly harm you]
