עַמִּ⁠י֙ נֹגְשָׂ֣י⁠ו מְעוֹלֵ֔ל וְ⁠נָשִׁ֖ים מָ֣שְׁלוּ ב֑⁠וֹ

people_of,my oppressors_of,its children and,women rule in=him/it

The pronouns its and it refer to Yahweh’s people. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [My people, the oppressors of my people are a child, and women rule over my people]

נֹגְשָׂ֣י⁠ו מְעוֹלֵ֔ל וְ⁠נָשִׁ֖ים מָ֣שְׁלוּ ב֑⁠וֹ

oppressors_of,its children and,women rule in=him/it

Isaiah actually means to communicate the opposite of the literal meaning of what he is saying here. If a speaker of your language would not do that, you could translate the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [their rulers are as incompetent as children, and those who should not be in authority are controlling them]

מְאַשְּׁרֶ֣י⁠ךָ מַתְעִ֔ים

guides_of,your mislead

Here Isaiah is speaking as if wrong moral influence were physically leading people astray on a path. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the ones who guide you are causing you to sin]

וְ⁠דֶ֥רֶךְ אֹֽרְחֹתֶ֖י⁠ךָ בִּלֵּֽעוּ

Here Isaiah is speaking of how the people live as if it were a way or path that they walked along. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and they confuse you about how you should live]
