This is the beginning of what Yahweh said to the leaders. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could mark that this is a direct quote of Yahweh, as modeled by the UST.

בְּ⁠מִשְׁפָּ֣ט יָב֔וֹא

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of judgment, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [will begin judging]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication

וְ⁠אַתֶּם֙ בִּֽעַרְתֶּ֣ם

and,you(pl) devoured

Isaiah is repeating forms of the pronoun you in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [And you, their leaders, have consumed]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

בִּֽעַרְתֶּ֣ם הַ⁠כֶּ֔רֶם

devoured the,vineyard

Here Yahweh is speaking as if his people were the vineyard that the leaders had consumed. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [you have stripped my people of everything they had]
