The expression the people will be oppressed is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And people will oppress one another]

אִ֥ישׁ בְּ⁠אִ֖ישׁ וְ⁠אִ֣ישׁ בְּ⁠רֵעֵ֑⁠הוּ

Here the masculine term man has a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use language in your translation that is clearly inclusive of both men and women. Alternate translation: [each person by another person and each person by their neighbor]

Isaiah is referring to all of society by naming two major components, the youth and the elderly. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [People of every age will act insolently against one another]

Isaiah is using the adjective elderly as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [old people]
