שְׂבַ֣ע רָצ֔וֹן וּמָלֵ֖א בִּרְכַּ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,of,Naphtali he/it_had_said Naftālī sated_of favour and,full blessing_of YHWH lake and_[the],south take,possession_of )
These two phrases satisfied with favor and full of the blessing of Yahweh mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by connecting the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Another approach would be to combine the phrases into one phrase and express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [satisfied with favor, yes, full of the blessing of Yahweh]

שְׂבַ֣ע רָצ֔וֹן וּמָלֵ֖א בִּרְכַּ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,of,Naphtali he/it_had_said Naftālī sated_of favour and,full blessing_of YHWH lake and_[the],south take,possession_of )
Moses is speaking of Naphtali’s abundant blessings as if favor and the blessing of Yahweh were food or drink with which he could be satisfied and full. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who has received abundant favor and has been greatly blessed by Yahweh]

שְׂבַ֣ע רָצ֔וֹן וּמָלֵ֖א בִּרְכַּ֣ת יְהוָ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,of,Naphtali he/it_had_said Naftālī sated_of favour and,full blessing_of YHWH lake and_[the],south take,possession_of )
If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of favor and blessing, you could express the same ideas in other ways. Alternate translation: [whom Yahweh has favored and blessed greatly]

lake and_[the],south
Moses is speaking of the land around the Sea of Chinnereth (now known as “the Sea of Galilee”) by referring to its location as the west and the south. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [the land west and south of here] or [the land around the Sea of Chinnereth]
