כַ⁠אֲשֶׁ֣ר הַ⁠שָּׁמַ֣יִם הַ֠⁠חֳדָשִׁים וְ⁠הָ⁠אָ֨רֶץ הַ⁠חֲדָשָׁ֜ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר אֲנִ֥י עֹשֶׂ֛ה עֹמְדִ֥ים לְ⁠פָנַ֖⁠י

The point of this comparison is that just as the new heavens and the new earth that Yahweh is making will endure permanently before him, so the descendants and name of his people will endure permanently. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [just as the new heavens and the new earth that I am making will endure permanently before me … so your descendants and your name will endure permanently]

The word your in “your seed and your name” refers to the Israelites, so the word your is plural here. Use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

Here Yahweh is speaking of a person’s descendants as if they were seed that is planted and grows. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [your descendants]
