Isaac had his servants re-dig the wells; he did not do that work by himself.

Be consistent with how you spelled or translated Philistines in the book of Genesis. See Gen 10:14; 21:32, 34; 26:1, 8, 14-15, 18. Alternate translation: “that the Philistines had plugged up with dirt after Abraham had died,”

Consider whether or not it is better in your language to begin a new sentence here. Alternate translation: “He gave those wells the same names” or “He named the wells with the same names”
אֲשֶׁר־קָרָ֥א לָהֶ֖ן אָבִֽיו
which/who he/it_called to,them his/its=father
Alternate translation: “that his father had named them.”
26:1-35 In this digression from Jacob’s story, Isaac’s prosperity (ch 26) shows that the blessing had passed to him (cp. 25:11) despite his failures of faith.
