OET (OET-LV)And_prepared DOM the_present until came Yōşēf in/on/at/with_noon if/because they_had_heard if/because_that there they_will_eat food.

OET (OET-RV)Then they got theirs gifts ready for when Yosef would arrive at midday, because they’d heard that they would be given lunch there.

uW Translation Notes:

עַד בּ֥וֹא יוֹסֵ֖ף בַּֽצָּהֳרָ֑יִם

until coming Yōşēf's in/on/at/with,noon

Alternate translation: “to give to Joseph when he got home at noon,”

כִּ֣י שָֽׁמְע֔וּ

that/for/because/then/when heard

Alternate translation: “because they had been told” or “because someone had told them”

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / infostructure

כִּי שָׁ֖ם יֹ֥אכְלוּ לָֽחֶם

that/for/because/then/when there eat meal

For some languages it is more natural to put the last half of this verse at the beginning of the verse and say, “When Joseph’s brothers heard that they were going to eat the noon meal with Joseph at his house, they got their gifts ready to give him when he came/got home.” Do what is best in your language. Alternate translation: “that they were going to eat a meal with him there at his house.”
