OET (OET-RV) So Yosef established it as a law to this day concerning the Egyptian farmland: that the fifth belongs to Far’oh. (Only the priests’ land didn’t become Far’oh’s.)

Alternate translation: “So Joseph established a law”

עַד הַיּ֨וֹם הַזֶּ֜ה
until the=day the=this
This phrase refers to the time that Moses was writing the book of Genesis. You could put that information in a footnote. For some languages it may be clearer or more natural to put this phrase at the end of the sentence and say, “That law is still in effect/force today/now.” Do what is best in your language. Alternate translation: “that is still in force now”

See how you translated “a fifth” in verse 24. Alternate translation: “concerning the fields in the country of Egypt: one-fifth of the crops belongs to Pharaoh.” or “that required people to give to Pharaoh one-fifth of all the crops they harvested from the farmland in Egypt.”

only land the,priests by,themselves,that not she/it_was to,Pharaoh
See how you translated “only the land of the priests” in verse 22. Also, consider again how you translated “land/farmland” in verses 18-26. Alternate translation: “The only land that Pharaoh did not own was the land that belonged to the priests.”
47:13-26 The Lord blessed Pharaoh because Pharaoh was blessing Abraham’s descendants (12:3). Through Joseph’s wise administration in Egypt, the Lord saved the people from starvation and prospered Pharaoh. In selling food to the Egyptians during the years of famine, Joseph accepted money, livestock, and finally land as payment, until almost all of Egypt belonged to Pharaoh. Meanwhile, God provided Israel with some of the best land in Egypt where they could live, work, and multiply.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
