Isaiah is referring to all of the body by naming two major components, the sole of the foot and the head. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [From the whole body]

Isaiah is speaking as if the consequences of Israel’s sin were physical injuries such as a Wound, a bruise and a raw sore. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [there is no health in the people; they are full of injuries and suffering]

Isaiah is referring to all kinds of injuries by listing different types, wound and bruise and raw sore. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [Every kind of wound and sore]

לֹא־זֹ֨רוּ֙ וְ⁠לֹ֣א חֻבָּ֔שׁוּ וְ⁠לֹ֥א רֻכְּכָ֖ה בַּ⁠שָּֽׁמֶן

The expressions been pressed out, been bound up, and been softened are passive verbal forms. If it would be unnatural to use those forms, you could express the ideas in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [no one has pressed them out, no one has bound them up, and no one has softened them with oil]
