The expression called is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [whom I have called by my name]

The phrase called by my name represents belonging to Yahweh as his own people. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [the ones who belong to me]

בְּרָאתִ֑י⁠ו יְצַרְתִּ֖י⁠ו אַף עֲשִׂיתִֽי⁠ו

I,created_him [whom]_I,formed_him also/though I,made_him

Even though Yahweh is addressing his people directly, he is speaking of them in the third person as him to show respect. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in a respectful form in the second person. Alternate translation: [I created you, I formed you, indeed, I made you]
