Here Yahweh is speaking as if the people who cannot perceive spiritual truth were physically blind and deaf. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [a people who cannot perceive spiritual truth, even though they have eyes, and those who cannot understand it, even though they have ears]

Yahweh is using yet ears are to them as a common expression of the culture to mean that they have the ability to hear. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [though they have ears] or [yet have ears to hear]
