UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

(Occurrence 0) everyone who is called by my name

(Some words not found in UHB: all the,called in/on/at/with,name,my and,for,glory,my created,whom formed,whom also/though made,whom )

Here to be called by someone’s name represents belonging to that person. If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “everyone whom I have called by my name” or “everyone who belongs to me” (See also: figs-activepassive)

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

(Occurrence 0) whom I have formed, yes, whom I have made

(Some words not found in UHB: all the,called in/on/at/with,name,my and,for,glory,my created,whom formed,whom also/though made,whom )

Both of these mean the same thing and emphasize that it is God who made the people of Israel.
