Yahweh is stating the pronoun I separately and repeating it, even though the verb translated as am already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he alone is Yahweh and there is no other savior. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit or repeated pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the emphasis here. Alternate translation: [I myself am Yahweh]

וְ⁠אֵ֥ין מִ⁠בַּלְעָדַ֖⁠י מוֹשִֽׁיעַ

Yahweh told them that there is no savior except me — If it would appear in your language that Yahweh was making a statement and then contradicting it, you could reword this as a positive statement. Alternate translation: [and I alone am the savior]
