Isaiah is speaking of suffering and hardship as if they were bread and water that one must consume. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the suffering and hardship you must endure]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of affliction, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [painful actions]

and=not hide & teachers_of,your

The pronoun himself is singular, which does not match the plural your teachers. In the original language, this word can be understood as either singular or plural. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [yet your teachers will not hide themselves]

Isaiah is using your eyes to represent the whole person in the act of perceiving.
