Isaiah is speaking as if Yahweh, the light of Israel, would literally become a fire that would burn and consume the Assyrians. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh, who gives light to Israel, will be as destructive as a fire]

וּ⁠קְדוֹשׁ֖⁠וֹ לְ⁠לֶהָבָ֑ה

and,its_holy_of,[one] (into)_a,flame

Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [and his Holy One will become a flame]
