OET (OET-LV) These are_the_accounts_of Yaˊₐqoⱱ Yōşēf/(Joseph) was_a_son_of seven- teen year[s] he_was shepherding with brothers_of_his (in)_flock and_he was_a_youth with the_sons_of Bilhāh and_DOM the_sons_of Zilpah the_wives_of his/its_father and_ Yōşēf _he/it_brought DOM report_of_their bad to father_of_their.
OET (OET-RV) This is the record of his descendants:
¶ When Yosef (Joseph) was seventeen, he was shepherding the flocks with his brothers. He was younger than his brothers who were the sons of his father’s slave wives Bilhah and Zilpah. One day Yosef gave a tell-tale bad report about them to their father.
אֵ֣לֶּה ׀ תֹּלְד֣וֹת יַעֲקֹ֗ב
these generations_of Yaakob
Consider again how you translated These are the generations of in the book of Genesis. See Gen 2:4; 6:9; 11:27; 25:19; 36:1; 37:2, where what follows is a narrative or history of events. Compare that to Gen 5:1; 10:1; 11:10; 25:12; 36:9, where what follows is more of a genealogy (list of names). It may be necessary to translate this phrase in different ways, depending on the context. Alternate translation: [This is more of the history about Jacob and his family:] or [What follows tells more about Jacob and his family:]
יוֹסֵ֞ף בֶּן־שְׁבַֽע־עֶשְׂרֵ֤ה שָׁנָה֙
Yōşēf/(Joseph) son_of seven teen year
This verse may be referring to a single incident or it may be referring to what happened regularly.
הָיָ֨ה רֹעֶ֤ה & בַּצֹּ֔אן
it_became shepherding & (in),flock
See how you translated flocks in Gen 4:2.
אֶת־אֶחָיו֙ & וְה֣וּא נַ֗עַר אֶת
DOM brothers_of,his & and=he helper DOM
As the youngest of these brothers, Joseph was their helper as they took care of their father’s flocks. Alternate translation: [as an helper for his brothers who were]
בְּנֵ֥י בִלְהָ֛ה וְאֶת־בְּנֵ֥י זִלְפָּ֖ה נְשֵׁ֣י אָבִ֑יו
sons_of Bilhāh and=DOM sons_of Zilpah women/wives_of his/its=father
Be consistent here with how you spelled Bilhah in Gen 29:29 and Zilpah in 29:24.
Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns
וַיָּבֵ֥א יוֹסֵ֛ף אֶת־דִּבָּתָ֥ם רָעָ֖ה אֶל־אֲבִיהֶֽם
and=he/it_brought Yōşēf/(Joseph) DOM report_of,their bad to/towards father_of,their
The Hebrew text does not specify what Joseph’s brothers had done wrong, so neither should your translation. Also, make sure your translation of their father does not sound like the sons of Bilhah and Zilpah had a different father than Joseph had. Alternate translation: [and he told his father about the bad things they were doing] or [and he gave bad reports to his father about them]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
