The word translated as For indicates that what follows is a reason for what came before. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that what follows is a reason for what came before. Alternate translation: [This is because a day]

י֞וֹם לַ⁠יהוָ֧ה צְבָא֛וֹת

day to/for=YHWH armies/messengers

Isaiah is using a day is to Yahweh of Armies as a common expression of the culture to mean “Yahweh has appointed a time of judgment.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh of Armies has appointed a day]

גֵּאֶ֖ה

proud

Isaiah is using the adjective proud as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [proud people]

נִשָּׂ֥א

lifted_up

The expression being lifted up is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [the ones who exalt themselves]

עַ֥ל כָּל־גֵּאֶ֖ה וָ⁠רָ֑ם וְ⁠עַ֖ל כָּל־נִשָּׂ֥א

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in all/each/any/every proud and,lofty_[thing] and,on all/each/any/every lifted_up

Isaiah uses a repetitive series of clauses from from these lines through to the end of verse 16. to communicate that what he is saying should be understood as comprehensive. Use a form in your language that someone would use to describe a situation that is comprehensive and overwhelming.

Isaiah is speaking of proud people as if they were physically high and lifted up. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [those who are proud … those who are arrogant]

If it would be more natural in your language, you could put the information that these proud people will become low before the information that describes these people. Alternate translation: [For a day is to Yahweh of Armies when they will become low; it will be a day against all of the proud and the ones being high, and against all of the ones being lifted up]
