BrTrand he shall take away from Juda every man who shall be able to lift up his head, and every one able to accomplish anything; and his camp shall fill the breadth of thy land, O [fn]God with us.

ULTand it will sweep into Judah. It will overflow and pass through until it reaches the neck. And the spreading out of its wings will be the fullness of the breadth of your land, Immanuel.”

USTIt will be as if that flood had swept into Judah and covered the land so that only people’s heads were above water. Just as an eagle spreads out its wings, this army will spread out over the country in which Immanuel will be living.
