ULT But gloom, will not, be for her to whom distress, was. As in the former time, he dishonored the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but later he will glorify the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations.

UST However, the people who have been suffering will not continue to suffer. Previously, Yahweh made the people experience great difficulties who lived in the kingdom of Israel, such as in the territories of Zebulun and Naphtali. But in the future, he will make the situation much better for the people of that kingdom, such as those who live along the road to the sea and in the Galilee region east of the Jordan River, where many foreigners live.
