In verses 27-30, the pronoun it refers to the invading army. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [None is weary and none is stumbling among the invading army]

Isaiah says None is weary and none is stumbling as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [Not a single one is weary, and not a single one is stumbling]
