Isaiah is using the phrase Woe to express a strong feeling of grief over coming judgment. There may be an equivalent word or phrase in your language that you can use in your translation to convey this feeling. If not, you could say what Isaiah was feeling, or you could say what made him grieve. Alternate translation: [Terrible is the fate of the ones joining]

Isaiah says until cessation of place as an extreme statement for emphasis. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [until there is no more room]

The expression you are made to dwell is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [you dwell]

Isaiah shifts from speaking about certain people in the third person to addressing them directly in the second person with the word you. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use the same person form throughout. Alternate translation: [and they are made to dwell, they alone, in the midst of the land]
