ULTThen all the land of Egypt became famished, and the people cried to Pharaoh for the bread. So Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, “Go to Joseph. Whatever he says to you, do it.”

The phrase all the land refers here to the people living in Egypt. Consider whether or not you need to make that explicit in your language. Alternate translation: “Then all the people in the land of Egypt began to suffer from the famine, so”
