UTNuW Translation Notes:

(Occurrence 0) For this is what the high and elevated One says

(Some words not found in UHB: that/for/because/then/when thus he/it_had_said high and, lofty lives until and, holy his/its=name high and, holy live and=DOM contrite and, lowly spirit to,revive spirit lowly and,to,revive heart contrite )

The words “high” and “elevated” have basically the same meaning here and emphasize Yahweh being exalted. See how you translated this in Isaiah 6:1 and Isaiah 33:10. See how you translated a similar phrase in Isaiah 52:13.

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism

(Occurrence 0) to revive the spirit of the humble ones, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones

(Some words not found in UHB: that/for/because/then/when thus he/it_had_said high and, lofty lives until and, holy his/its=name high and, holy live and=DOM contrite and, lowly spirit to,revive spirit lowly and,to,revive heart contrite )

These two phrases mean basically the same thing and emphasize that Yahweh will strengthen and encourage those who humble themselves before him.

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

(Occurrence 0) spirit … heart

(Some words not found in UHB: that/for/because/then/when thus he/it_had_said high and, lofty lives until and, holy his/its=name high and, holy live and=DOM contrite and, lowly spirit to,revive spirit lowly and,to,revive heart contrite )

Here these refer to a person’s thoughts and emotions, not the spirit and heart literally.
