מְנַשֶּׁ֣ה אֶת־אֶפְרַ֗יִם וְ⁠אֶפְרַ֨יִם֙ אֶת־מְנַשֶּׁ֔ה

(mənashsheh ʼet-ʼefrayim və⁠ʼefrayim ʼet-mənashsheh)

Isaiah is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [Manasseh will attack Ephraim; and Ephraim will attack Manasseh]

לֹא־שָׁ֣ב אַפּ֔⁠וֹ וְ⁠ע֖וֹד יָד֥⁠וֹ נְטוּיָֽה

(loʼ-shāⱱ ʼap⁠ō və⁠ˊōd yād⁠ō nəţūyāh)

In both uses, the pronoun his refers to Yahweh. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [The wrath of Yahweh continues to burn, and Yahweh continues to use his power for judgment]

This is a double negative, consisting of the negative particle not and the negative word turned back. If it would be clearer in your language, you could use a positive expression to translate this. Alternate translation: [He wrath remains hot]
