Here Isaiah is speaking as if Egypt’s economic base were the foundations of a building that could be crushed. He means that the fundamental industries of Egypt will be destroyed. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the fundamental industries of Egypt will be destroyed] or [Egypt’s economic foundations will be ruined]

Some ancient manuscripts read “foundations.” The ULT follows that reading. Other ancient manuscripts read “weavers” If a translation of the Bible exists in your region, you may wish to use the reading that it uses. Isaiah is using sad of soul as a common expression of the culture to mean “deeply grieved.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [deeply grieved]
