(Occurrence 0) no one can rescue anyone from my hand
(Some words not found in UHB: also/yet from,today I he/it and,no from,hand,my deliver act and,who reverse,it )
Here the word “hand” represents Yahweh’s power. Alternate translation: “no one can rescue anyone from my power”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
(Occurrence 0) who can turn it back?
(Some words not found in UHB: also/yet from,today I he/it and,no from,hand,my deliver act and,who reverse,it )
Yahweh uses this question to say that no one can turn back his hand. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express this question as a statement. Turning back his hand represents stopping him from doing something. See how you translated a similar phrase in Isaiah 14:27. Alternate translation: “no one can turn it back.” or “no one can stop me.” (See also: figs-metaphor)
