BrTrAnd I will leave a sign upon them, and I will send forth them that have escaped of them to the nations, to Tharsis, and Phud, and Lud, and Mosoch, and to Thobel, and to Greece, and to the isles afar off, to those who have not heard my name, nor seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

ULTAnd I will set a sign among them and send survivors from them to the nations: Tarshish, Pul and Lud, who draw the bow, Tubal and Javan, the distant coastlands where they have not heard news of me and have not seen my glory; and they will proclaim my glory among the nations.

USTI will do something among them to show everyone who they are, and those whom I have spared will go to various distant countries: To Tarshish, Put, Lud (home of archers), Meshech, Tubal, Javan, and to distant islands. I will send them to proclaim to nations that have never heard about me that I am very great and glorious.

BSBI will establish a sign among them, and I will send survivors from among them to the nations—to Tarshish, Put, and the archers of Lud; [to] Tubal, Javan, and the islands[fn] far away who have not heard of My fame or seen My glory. So they will proclaim My glory among the nations.

TSNTyndale Study Notes:
