Normally the OET discourages the reading of individual ‘verses’, but this view is only designed as a tool for Bible-translators and others doing comparisons of different translations—the older translations are further down the page (so you can read up from the bottom to trace the English translation history). The OET segments on this page are still early looks into the drafted texts of the Open English Translation of the Bible—please double-check these texts in advance before using in public.

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / quotemarks
אֶת מִי֙ יוֹרֶ֣ה דֵעָ֔ה וְאֶת מִ֖י
DOM who? teach knowledge and=DOM who?
This is the beginning of what the drunken leaders say in mockery. You may wish to mark the words of this speech with a quotation mark at the beginning and end of them or with some other punctuation or convention that your language uses to indicate a quotation.
Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns
יוֹרֶ֣ה
teach
The pronoun he refers to Isaiah. The drunken leaders are mocking him by asking who he thinks he can teach. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [will Isaiah teach]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
דֵעָ֔ה
knowledge
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of knowledge, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [what he knows]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
גְּמוּלֵי֙ מֵֽחָלָ֔ב עַתִּיקֵ֖י מִשָּׁדָֽיִם
weaned_of from,milk taken_of from,breasts
Isaiah is using the question form to continue the contemptuous mockery of the drunken leaders. They suggest that his teaching is only fit for small children. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [It is as though we were babies just weaned from milk and withdrawn from the breasts!]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
עַתִּיקֵ֖י
taken_of
The expression the ones withdrawn is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [the ones their mothers have weaned]
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
אֶת מִי֙ יוֹרֶ֣ה דֵעָ֔ה וְאֶת מִ֖י יָבִ֣ין שְׁמוּעָ֑ה
DOM who? teach knowledge and=DOM who? explain message
Isaiah is using the question form to express the mocking contempt of the drunken leaders. They imply that they do not need God’s teaching, delivered to them by Isaiah. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [As if he could teach us knowledge, or make us understand the report!]
Note 7 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
גְּמוּלֵי֙ מֵֽחָלָ֔ב עַתִּיקֵ֖י מִשָּׁדָֽיִם
weaned_of from,milk taken_of from,breasts
The expressions The ones weaned and the ones withdrawn are passive verbal forms. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Those who have stopped drinking milk, the ones their mothers have weaned]
