The expression is filled is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And he fills his land with silver and gold]

Isaiah says there is no end to his treasures as an extreme statement for emphasis. He means that Israel has accumulated very great wealth. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [and his treasures are endless]
