Isaiah says to descend to Egypt because that was the customary way of speaking about traveling from the highlands of Canaan to the lower river basin of Egypt. Use a natural way of referring to traveling downward in your language. Alternate translation: [down to Egypt]

If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the emphasis.
