ULTFor people in Zion, dweller in Jerusalem, you will surely not weep. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry. When he hears it, he will answer you.

USTYou people who live in Jerusalem, some day you will not cry anymore. Yahweh will be kind to you when you call out to him for help. He will answer you as soon as he hears you call.

30:19 This was probably a challenge and promise to Hezekiah during the Assyrian siege of Jerusalem (see chs 36–37). If he would just trust in God, his people would weep no more.
