uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns

יְבָרֶכְךָ֣ יְ֭הוָה

may,he_bless_you YHWH

The pronoun you here is singular and refers to each individual worshiper among the servants addressed earlier in this psalm. There the psalmist addressed the servants as a group using plural forms, but here the blessing shifts to the singular. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [May Yahweh bless each of you]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

מִצִּיּ֑וֹן

(Some words not found in UHB: may,he_bless_you YHWH from,Zion maker_of heaven and, earth )

Here, Zion represents the place where Yahweh dwells among his people. The psalmist is using the name of this location to refer to God’s special presence there. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [from his dwelling on Zion]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / merism

שָׁמַ֥יִם וָאָֽרֶץ

(Some words not found in UHB: may,he_bless_you YHWH from,Zion maker_of heaven and, earth )

The psalmist is referring to all of creation by naming two extremes, heaven and earth. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [all things]
