לֹא־גָבַ֣הּ לִ֭בִּ⁠י וְ⁠לֹא־רָמ֣וּ עֵינַ֑⁠י

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Both phrases express that David is not proud. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way as in the UST. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and follow that approach here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [I am not at all proud, nor do I act arrogantly]

Here the heart represents a person’s thoughts and attitudes. David is speaking of a proud person’s thoughts as if his heart were physically high. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [my thoughts are not proud]

The expression are not raised up contains a passive verbal form. If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and my eyes do not look too high]

David is speaking of a proud person’s arrogant attitude as if his eyes were physically raised up. If your language has a comparable expression, you could use it in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and my attitude is not arrogant]

David is speaking of occupying himself with things as if he were able to walk among them. If your language has a comparable expression, you could use it in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and I do not occupy myself with great and marvelous things]
