The pronoun you here is singular and refers to each individual worshiper among the servants addressed earlier in this psalm. There the psalmist addressed the servants as a group using plural forms, but here the blessing shifts to the singular. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [May Yahweh bless each of you]
