נָשָׂ֣אתִי אֶת־עֵינַ֑⁠י

The psalmist is using I lift up my eyes as a common expression of the culture to mean that he looks expectantly toward God for help. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I look expectantly]

Here the pronouns I and my refers to the psalmist, who speaks as an individual in this verse. However, in verse 2, the psalmist shifts to the plural our and us, indicating that he is now speaking on behalf of a group. If using the singular form of the pronouns here would not be natural in your language, you could use the plural forms in your translation. Alternate translation: [we lift up our eyes]
