הַ⁠זֹּרְעִ֥ים בְּ⁠דִמְעָ֗ה בְּ⁠רִנָּ֥ה יִקְצֹֽרוּ

Here the psalmist is speaking of people who keep working even while they suffer as if they were farmers sowing their seeds even though in tears, and of the future joy they will experience as a result as if they would reap their harvest with a shout of joy. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Those who do their work while suffering will celebrate joyfully when they see the results]
