If your language does not use an abstract noun for the ideas of peace and prosperity, you could express the same ideas in another way. Alternate translation: [May people live peacefully within your rampart, prosperously in your citadels]

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. David uses the two phrases together to emphasize his desire for the well-being of Jerusalem. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way, as the UST does. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and follow that approach here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [Let there be peace within your rampart, yes, let there be prosperity in your citadels]

David is asking Yahweh to bless the people of Israel. In your translation, use a form that people would recognize as a blessing in your language. You might express this as a prayer, if that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [May Yahweh bring peace]

David is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [let there be prosperity]
