The psalmist is speaking of the behavior of these people as if it were a path that they walk along. He speaks of their disobedience as twisting their crooked ways, that is, deviating from the straight path of righteousness. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And those who behave dishonestly]
