וְ⁠הַ⁠מַּטִּ֤ים עַֽקַלְקַלּוֹתָ֗⁠ם

(Some words not found in UHB: and,[those,who]_turn_aside their_twisting_of,[ways] he,will_lead_them_away YHWH DOM doers_of (of,[the]_wickedness peace on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in Yisrael )

The psalmist is speaking of the behavior of these people as if it were a path that they walk along. He speaks of their disobedience as twisting their crooked ways, that is, deviating from the straight path of righteousness. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And those who behave dishonestly]

פֹּעֲלֵ֣י הָ⁠אָ֑וֶן

The psalmist is using the possessive form to describe workers who are characterized by iniquity. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the people who do evil things]

The psalmist is asking Yahweh to bless the people of Israel. In your translation, use a form that people would recognize as a blessing in your language. You might express this as a prayer, if that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [May Yahweh give peace to Israel]
