Solomon is referring to all of a person’s working time by naming two extremes, the ones rising early to get up and the ones being late to sit down. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [the ones working from early morning until late at night]

Solomon is speaking of working hard to raise the food that people eat as if it were bread of toils. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [those toiling to earn your food]
