By put out his money at interest, the psalmist means charge interest when lending money. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [He does … charge interest when he lends his money]

David is using the adjective innocent as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [innocent people]

David is speaking of the person God accepts as if he were an object that could be shaken. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh will ensure that the one doing these things will always live securely] or [Yahweh will protect and provide for the ones doing these things so that the circumstances of life do not overwhelm them]

This is a double negative, consisting of the negative particle not and the negative word shaken. If it would be clearer in your language, you could use a positive expression to translate this. Alternate translation: [will remain secure for eternity]
