rahab

Here the psalmist is speaking of Egypt as if it were the sea monster Rahab. The psalmist may be comparing Egypt to Rahab because of the way God rescued Israel from Israel at the Sea of Reeds. It is not referring to the person named Rahab mentioned elsewhere in the Bible. You could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Egypt]
