uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

סָמ֣וּךְ לִ֭בּוֹ

steady his/its=heart

Here the heart represents where a person’s thoughts and motives exist. The psalmist is speaking of the righteous person’s emotional state as if his heart were upheld or supported, meaning that he is calm. You may have a comparable expression in your language, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [He is tranquil]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

עַ֖ד אֲשֶׁר־יִרְאֶ֣ה בְצָרָֽיו

until (Some words not found in UHB: steady his/its=heart not afraid until which/who he/it_will_see on,foes_of,his )

The implication is that the righteous person will remain confident and unafraid while God vindicates him by defeating his enemies. This does not mean that he will begin to fear when he sees his enemies. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [all the way to the time that he looks triumphantly over his adversaries]
