וַ⁠יַּרְקִידֵ֥⁠ם כְּמוֹ־עֵ֑גֶל לְבָנ֥וֹן וְ֝⁠שִׂרְיֹ֗ן כְּמ֣וֹ בֶן־רְאֵמִֽים

(Some words not found in UHB: and,he,made_them_leap_about like calf Ləⱱānōn and,Sirion like son_of wild_oxen )

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could connect the phrases in a way that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [And he makes Lebanon and Sirion skip like calves, like young wild oxen]

David is comparing how Lebanon and Sirion shake to how young animals jump around. The point of this comparison is that just as a calf and a son of wild oxen skip and jump with energetic movement, so do these mountains shake when God’s voice thunders. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [And he makes Lebanon shake with energetic movement like a calf, and Sirion like a son of wild oxen]

The word Sirion is the name of a mountain. It is another name for Mount Hermon. If it would help your readers, you could use that name instead as in the UST.

David assumes that readers will know that a son of wild oxen means a young wild ox. You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [a young wild ox]
