David is using Your vows are on me as a common expression of his culture to mean that he has made vows to God that he will publicly thank him for helping him and that he is bound by those vows to keep that promise. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I am under vows to you] or [I have made vows to you]

נְדָרֶ֑י⁠ךָ

David is using the possessive form to describe not vows that God has made but vows that he has made to God. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [The vows I have made to you]

David is probably not referring to several different vows he has made to God. He probably means that he has made the same vow several times, that he will sacrifice a thank-offering to God when God delivers him. If your language uses a different plural form for a repeated action than it does for separate actions, it would be appropriate to use that form here. In some languages it may be natural to use a singular form. Alternate translation: [The vow I have made to you]
