David is stating the pronoun they separately, even though the verb translated as they watch already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize the personal role that his enemies are taking in watching him. (They are not appointing others as spies but doing the spying themselves.) If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [they personally watch] or [it is they who watch]

David is using his heels to represent how he walks on his feet to go places. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. You could also use plain language. Alternate translation: [they watch my steps] or [they observe where I go]

Here, David’s life represents an opportunity to take his life or kill him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. The UST models one way to do that.
