יִשְׂמַ֤ח ׀ הַר־צִיּ֗וֹן תָּ֭גֵלְנָה בְּנ֣וֹת יְהוּדָ֑ה

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and do that here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [Let Mount Zion and the daughters of Judah rejoice greatly] or [Let Mount Zion rejoice; yes, let the daughters of Judah be glad]

Here, Mount Zion represents the people who live on Mount Zion, that is, the people of the city of Jerusalem. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [Let the people of Jerusalem rejoice]

This could mean: (1) that the psalmist is speaking of the kingdom of Judah were a mother and of its people as if they were her daughters. Alternate translation: [let the people of Judah be glad] or (2) that the psalmist is speaking specifically of the women of the kingdom of Judah and encouraging them to have a victory celebration, as women in this culture did. Alternate translation: [let the women of Judah hold a victory celebration]
