If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of covenant faithfulness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [you are faithful to your covenant] or [you are loyal and faithful]

The psalmist is repeating the pronoun you in order to intensify his expression of the idea that God is the one who repays. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [you yourself repay] or [you alone repay]

לְ⁠אִ֣ישׁ

The psalmist is not referring to a specific man. He means people in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [to each person]
