The expression established is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [My heart is steadfast, God, my heart is steadfast]

David is repeating a phrase in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If speakers of your language can repeat phrases for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [My heart is firmly established, God] or [My heart is firmly steadfast, God]

Here the heart represents a person’s feelings and intentions. David means that his confidence in God is unwavering. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I have confidence in you, God, I have confidence in you] or [I have resolute confidence in you, God]
